
Terms and Conditions for the “Zero-Risk Partnership Test Drive” Campaign
1. General Provisions
- The organizer of the “Zero-Risk Partnership Test Drive” campaign (hereinafter: “Campaign”) is DEVELOP & PROSPER, with its registered office at Aleja Grunwaldzka 472, 80-309 Gdańsk, Polska, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
- The Campaign is directed exclusively at business entities that meet the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules, scope, and conditions of participation in the Campaign.
2. Purpose of the Campaign
The Campaign aims to allow potential clients to test the Organizer’s services by offering 10 hours of free programming work, enabling them to evaluate the quality of services before deciding on further collaboration.
3. Eligibility
- The Campaign is open exclusively to businesses registered outside of Poland with an annual project budget of at least $20,000 USD.
- Participants must complete a qualification process, including a 30-minute phone call or online meeting to discuss their project needs and goals.
- Applications to the Campaign must be submitted through the form available on the Organizer’s website.
4. Campaign Rules
- The Campaign provides 30 hours of programming work performed by the Organizer’s team for the Participant.
- Participants have the option to receive an additional free business consultation (optional).
- After completing the 30-hour test work:
- If the Participant decides to continue working with the Organizer, they are required to pay the standard hourly rate for all subsequent work.
- If the Participant decides not to continue working with the Organizer, they incur no costs, and the test results remain the Organizer’s property.
- If the Participant continues the collaboration but chooses not to use the test results, they do not pay for the test work.
5. Limitations
- The Organizer accepts only one free test project per month. Selection is based on the order of application and the results of the qualification process.
- Participants not selected in a given month may reapply in the following month.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject applications without providing a reason.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- If the Participant chooses not to continue the collaboration, they do not gain any intellectual property rights to the test results.
- If the Participant continues the collaboration and pays for the test results, the intellectual property rights to the results are transferred to the Participant.
7. Responsibilities of the Organizer and Participant
- The Organizer commits to:
- Performing the agreed 30 hours of work as specified during the consultation.
- Providing transparent reporting of the work performed.
- The Participant commits to:
- Collaborating to clearly define the scope of the test work.
- Providing accurate information during the qualification process.
8. Final Provisions
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Campaign rules or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided on the Campaign website.
- Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of publication on the Organizer’s website.
